This virtual meeting is part of a series of activities organized by the CSJ for the benefit of this category of the national community, in collaboration and coordination with Algerian diplomatic and consular representations abroad, the press release stated.
In his welcoming address, Mr. Chaib praised "the added value of this type of activity which aims to strengthen ties with young people in the diaspora as part of a participatory approach around important issues," according to the press release.
The Secretary of State also highlighted "the priority given by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to this important issue," emphasizing "the attention paid to ongoing contact with young people from our community established abroad and the implementation of measures and initiatives aimed at strengthening their ties with the homeland and benefiting from their varied experiences in the service of national development."
Mr. Chaib affirmed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs "will spare no effort in its part to examine all the proposals that will be formulated during this meeting, which will be followed by other similar meetings in the future with young people from the diaspora," the statement concluded.
