State Secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs in charge of the National Community abroad, Mr. Sofiane Chaib, met today with the Minister of Culture and Arts, Mr. Zouhair Bello, accompanied by officials from the same ministry, to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation and enhance sectoral coordination in the fields of culture and arts.
The meeting was devoted to discussing ways of strengthening cooperation and enhancing sectoral coordination in the fields of culture and arts, in order to reinforce the role of the national community abroad in spreading and promoting the Algerian cultural identity among its members, and to ensure their effective participation in cultural and artistic activities, in order to highlight their role in the process of cultural development in their homeland.
In this context, the two officials stressed the need to activate optimal practical mechanisms and initiatives to enhance the cultural radiation of Algeria abroad, especially through the various Algerian cultural centers to be established abroad, in implementation of the directives of President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
