The 4th International Festival of National Cultures “Russia–The East”, held from November 13–23, 2025, in Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan).

At the initiative of Algerian student Mr. Abdelkader Hallam, and in coordination with the Embassy of Algeria in Moscow, a group of first-year Russian students majoring in Arabic Language at Kazan Federal University (Republic of Tatarstan) performed traditional Algerian folk dances and a patriotic Algerian anthem titled “For You We live, O My Homeland”, during the 4th edition of the International Festival of National Cultures “Russia–The East”, taking place in Kazan, Russia, from November 13–23, 2025.

The festival welcomed delegations from numerous Arab and Islamic countries, alongside representatives from various Russian regions, fostering intercultural dialogue through a rich and diverse program of artistic and cultural events.
