Meeting between the Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sergei Vershinin, and the Algerian Ambassador to Russia, Boumediene Guennad
His Excellency Mr. Boumediene Guennad, Algerian Ambassador to Moscow, was received on Monday, April 1st, 2024 at the headquarters of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, by His Excellency Mr. Sergei Vershinin, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, responsible for coordination with United Nations institutions.
During this meeting, the two parties discussed various aspects of cooperation within the framework of the United Nations, especially its General Assembly and the UN Security Council. On this occasion, the two parties reaffirmed the convergence of their approach on most of the current issues on the international agenda and their mutual desire to further develop cooperation within the framework of the global organization.
