As part of a working visit to the Tambov region on July 05 and 06, 2026, His Excellency the Ambassador of Algeria to the Russian Federation, Mr. Toufik DJOUAMA, met with Algerian students from Tambov State University, on the occasion of the 64th anniversary of Algeria's independence.
Following the opening of the session to the strains of the national anthem, His Excellency the Ambassador delivered a speech to commemorate this pivotal milestone in Algeria's history, highlighting the decisive role played by Algerian students of that era in the recovery of national sovereignty.
This meeting also provided an opportunity for a warm and fruitful exchange with Algerian students on topics generally related to their studies and the progress of their academic curriculum.
