At the end of the audience granted to him by the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Tunisian minister declared: "I conveyed to the President of the Republic the greetings of his brother President Kaïs Saïed, and I renewed my congratulations to him on the occasion of his re-election for a second term, thus wishing him every success as well as progress and prosperity for the brotherly Algerian people."
The Tunisian Minister of Foreign Affairs also informed the President of the Republic of the content of his meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, during which, he said, "the development of fraternal relations on the basis of common and mutual interests, as well as the preservation of our national security" was discussed.
The Tunisian minister noted that he had the opportunity "to benefit from the guidance of the President of the Republic on everything related to the preservation of historical relations between the two countries, on the basis of joint efforts with President Kaïs Saïed and their harmonious vision to strengthen the pillars of security and stability in our region, while aspiring to a better future for our peoples."
"I listened with great attention to the orientations of the President of the Republic concerning the spirit of solidarity which has always characterized relations between the two countries," he concluded.
