The Minister of State, Minister of Energy, Mines and Renewable Energy, Mr. Mohamed Arkab, held today in Moscow talks with the Russian Minister of Energy, during which ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the fields of energy and hydrocarbons were discussed.
The meeting provided an opportunity to review the state of the Algerian-Russian partnership and prospects for its development, particularly in the sectors of oil, gas, exploration, as well as the exchange of expertise and modern technologies in the energy sector.
Both parties emphasized the importance of continuing coordination and consultation in the service of the common interests of the two countries, and of strengthening strategic cooperation between Algeria and Russia in the energy field.
