Crash of a military helicopter: the President of the Republic presents his condolences to the families of the martyrs

The President of the Republic, Supreme Head of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defense, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, presented, Thursday, his sincere condolences following the martyrdom of members of the crew of a military helicopter of the Ouargla Air Base in a crash that occurred Wednesday evening near El-Menia airport, indicates a press release from the Presidency of the Republic.

"Following the crash of a military helicopter reporting to the Ouargla Air Base, Wednesday evening, near El-Menia airport, which led to the martyrdom of Colonel Amara Reda, Lieutenant-Colonel Djalal Yacine and Contract Sergeant Belgherbi Mohamed, the President of the Republic, Supreme Head of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defense, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, presents his sincere condolences to the families of the martyrs and to all members of the National Army (ANP), assuring them of his deep compassion, and praying to Allah Almighty to surround the martyrs with His holy mercy and to welcome them into His vast paradise,” the statement read.
