State Secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs in charge of the national community abroad, Sofiane Chaieb, will head the Algerian delegation participating in the extraordinary meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), scheduled to be held in Jeddah on March 7, 2025.
This meeting will be devoted to the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people and the calls to displace them from their land, as well as the issue of the resumption of the membership of the Syrian Arab Republic in the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
On the occasion of this visit, the Secretary of State will have a meeting with members of the national community residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
