The Embassy of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria in Moscow respectfully informs all Algerian students enrolled in institutions and universities across the Russian Federation that, in commemoration of the sixty-fourth (64th) anniversary of Independence and Youth Day, a formal ceremony shall be held to honor academically distinguished students — particularly those who have been awarded the "Honors Diploma" (commonly referred to as the "Red Diploma") during the current academic year — in recognition of their scholarly dedication and consistent academic excellence throughout the course of their university studies.
The ceremony will be held on 11th of July 2026, starting at 15:00, at the Embassy.
In view of the above, the Embassy kindly requests that eligible students submit, at their earliest convenience, a certified copy of their Honours Diploma (Red Diploma) or equivalent official documentation to the following email address: embalg@mail.ru, accompanied by a current contact telephone number, in order to facilitate correspondence with the eligible students and to finalize the administrative arrangements pertaining to the organization of this ceremony.
