The Embassy of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria in the Russian Federation informs all Algerian students pursuing their studies in the Russian Federation that, due to the disconnection of Russian banks from the international SWIFT system, an exceptional derogation has been granted to them by the Bank of Algeria, allowing them to export annually a sum of twelve thousand euros (12,000 €) instead of seven thousand five hundred euros (7,500 €) as provided by current Algerian regulations.
Students wishing to benefit from this derogation are invited to submit to the Embassy via its email address Embalg@mail.ru the following documents:
- A handwritten request;
- A recent copy of the certificate of enrollment or university registration;
- A copy of a valid consular card.
