
The Embassy of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria in the Russian Federation informs members of the national community residing in Russia that, in an effort to strengthen the ties of the national community's children abroad with their homeland and preserve their national identity, and in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of the National Community Abroad and African Affairs, and the Ministry of National Education, an educational initiative has been launched in the form of summer educational camps for the children of the national community abroad during the summer vacation period from July 6th to August 13, 2026.
This initiative, the first of its kind, aims to provide children of the national community with the opportunity to learn the Arabic language in accordance with national curricula, as well as to reinforce their knowledge of their national identity in all its historical, civilizational, and spiritual aspects.
The organization of this educational program is carried out in accordance with the pedagogical curriculum approved by the Ministry of National Education, in the form of three (03) educational cycles lasting two weeks each, with a total of twelve (12) hours, at a rate of three sessions per week lasting two hours each, according to the following schedule:
First cycle: from July 6th to July 17th, 2026
Second cycle: from July 19th to July 30th, 2026
Third cycle: from August 2nd to August 13th, 2026
The distribution of participants in this initiative is across twenty (20) educational sections (at least one section per wilaya) according to the following age categories:
First category: children aged 8 to 12 years
Second category: children aged 13 to 16 years
This initiative covers, in its first experimental phase, fourteen (14) wilayas, namely: Chlef, Bejaia, Biskra, Tlemcen, Tiaret, Algiers, Jijel, Setif, Skikda, El Oued, Ouargla, Khenchela, and Oum El Bouaghi.
The Embassy of Algeria in the Russian Federation calls upon members of the national community wishing to register their children to participate in this initiative to do so in accordance with the principle of "first come, first served", within the available capacities for each section, as soon as possible, by sending an application via email at: Ambalg.moscou@mae.dz to complete the necessary organizational procedure
